Yes, by calling Crime Stoppers.
Should I approach a person I suspect is being trafficked?
That is entirely up to you, but be aware that sometimes approaching a person who is in a trafficking situation may put your safety in jeopardy and the trafficked person in greater danger.
If I contact the authorities or social services to help someone I think is being trafficked, will I be required to testify in subsequent court proceedings?
It is possible that you may be required to testify in court proceedings. It depends upon the unique circumstances of the case.
What happens next after a person is removed from / leaves a trafficking situation?
Each case is different. However, you should know that sometimes it takes several attempts to permanently remove a person in a trafficking situation from the influence of the trafficker.
